About Joe Elkins

A Management Professional with leadership experience in several industries. His career began in Production and Quality, and has since been involved with Safety, Health, Environmental. With a manufacturing background, he has successfully shifted to Retail Management serving three years as Operations Manager for a Durable Medical Equipment corporation.
A communicator and motivational speaker, has years of experience as an Instructor for The Dale Carnegie Course, two years of academic experience as an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Arkansas, Walton College of Business, Information Systems department, in Fayetteville, AR, and years of teaching Bible classes within the Singles department for two mega churches.
He has a personal ministry working with Singles and Divorce Care/ Divorce Recovery groups. In this forum he has an emphasis on relationships and conflict resolution. He has utilized a conflict resolution survey to assess and coach Executives, Managers, Supervisors, and post divorce singles. He has enjoyed the learning process of those who have attended his classes on The DNA of Relationships (book by Gary Smalley) and Caring Enough to Confront (book by David Augsburger). Has had great success in leading a women’s group through Captivating: Unveiling the Mystery of a Woman’s Soul (book by John & Staci Eldridge).

An Accountability advocate, has used accountability partners to keep him focused and committed to issues of value, ethics, spirituality, and professional conduct. Partners have noted that his insight and intuition into the person and the subject forces them to push past their comfort zone and explore themselves to a deeper level, and he offers challenges that develops them and teaches them that their potential is so much greater than what they have allowed of themselves.Is a runner with half and full marathons accomplished is currently training for a December marathon.Has been involved with several community organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for two of them. He has served as Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America, and has worked with Cub Scouts.
He is the father of two, Taylor Scott, MASA U.S. Navy PSC, and Aubrey Lea Ayn, a college athlete playing Basketball and studying Mathematics.
